Shipping & Delivery


Delivery times

  • For shipping within Bulgaria

Orders received on working days before 2pm will be shipped the same day, if products are in stock. Delivery will take place 1 – 2 days after shipping. If products can not be shipped from stock, we will inform you.

  • For international shipping / outside the Bulgaria

Provided that the product is in stock, shipping will take place as soon as the shipping costs are transferred. We will personally inform you on delivery times as they depend on the delivery address/country. For more information, please contact our customer service.

Shipping costs

For deliveries in the Sofia we do not charge any shipping costs*. For countries outside of the Sofia, shipping costs will be calculated based on location, item weight and dimensions. We will advise shipping costs prior to sending your item(s).

* Only orders placed within company email.
* Long length cargo is excluded and will be charged

Pick up

It is possible to pick up your order in 117 Batareya Str,1839 Sofia in the Bulgaria. Once your order is ready we will call or email you for an appointment.

New products

By default, we provide 12 months warranty for all new products, for products of certain brands this period is even longer. You may claim warranty if the product shows defects due to manufacturing errors.


Used & B-Stock Products

We test all our Used & B-Stock products before they are sold. Used & B-Stock products come with a 7 working days warranty. This means that we repair or exchange your product for free, in case of a defect. If this is not feasible, or the repair costs exceed the value of the product, we will work with you to find another solution. Excluded from warranty are:

  • Damage caused by misuse
  • Cosmetic damage
  • Transport or use damage
  • Wear of the material

Shipping to and from Sales-All (carry in principle).

If you would like to return a product, please contact us first. We won’t accept any liability for costs made by shipping goods without our consent.
